OpenXT Project Assets currently belong to members of the project who have agreed to make them available to the community to be operated in accordance with the OpenXT Project Governance process.

Asset Management

Changes to the management procedures of assets follow the Project Changes process in the Governance Documents and currently require the consent of the individual asset owner.

OpenXT.org domain

The OpenXT.org domain shall not be used for any personal email accounts, for reasons of privacy and equality.

Google Groups mailing list

The OpenXT Project has a open policy for joining the mailing list. Anyone who asks to join may be added.

JIRA Issue Tracker

The JIRA ticket system is read-only accessible to the general public.

The OpenXT Project has a sponsored introduction policy for new users in the JIRA ticket system. If someone requests access and an existing member of the community can vouch for the person making the request, it is granted.

Confluence Wiki

The Confluence wiki pages are public and read-only accessible to the general public.

Confluence wiki accounts can be obtained by following the same procedure for the JIRA issue tracker.

Private user pages are under the control of individual Confluence wiki users.

To obtain write access to the shared Confluence wiki pages, an applicant should post a request to the project mailing list asking for access and if there are no objections, they will be added.

OpenXT Website

The main OpenXT website resides in a GitHub repository and is modified or contributed to under the Source Code processes outlined in the Governance Documents.
