stable-9 with Xen 4.12 on Dell 7040 causes VT-d errors

Description

When installing build 6563 on a Dell 7040 over Legacy there were repeated errors, see below. The screen did not completely render and installation was impossible. I do not see these errors when installing using UEFI but during the next boot these errors appear and prevent the system from continuing the boot process. I have not seen these issues with an HP Z2 Mini G4.

This issue is not a problem on the Skylake HP EliteDesk.

Tested on Dell 7060, UEFI, Coffee Lake, Build 6563, did not observe a repro even after several reboots.

Is Dell still issuing BIOS updates for Skylake?

I just got it working on my 7040, Legacy boot, after I downloaded Dell's 1.14 BIOS update (Release Date: 12 Apr 2019).

pretty sure this is an outdated BIOS issue (see my above comment), recommend closing.
