IO error when attempting to hibernate Windows guestVMs from UIVM

Description

When attempting to hibernate a Windows 10 GuestVM through the guestVM details in the UIVM, will receive an error
IO error: "Error entering s4."

The same error occurs before and after adding the hibernate option to the power button within the guest VM. Hibernating within the guestVM works as expected.

Attempting to hibernate the host through power options also gives an error
The virtual machine failed to hibernate

1.8.0 BIOS, UEFI, TPM2

Windows 10 1803 - Legacy

Validation Steps

See environment tab for builds and setting used during testing. Bug may affect other installs, but is confirmed for the environments listed

  1. Install OpenXT

  2. Install Windows guestVM

  3. Install guest tools and reboot guestVMs

  4. Attempt to hibernate guestVM through guest details in UIVM

  5. Attempt to hibernate host system through UIVM power menu

  6. Add hibernate option within guestVM power settings

  7. Attempt to hibernate guestVM through guest details in UIVM

  8. Attempt to hibernate host system through UIVM power menu

Verified on S9-rc2 with a Win10-1803 guest. Guest hibernate button is disabled after installing tools. Host hibernation is disabled as well.
