installer: Should not have /etc/modules.

Description

When booting the installer:

This is returned by modutils.sh when trying to process /etc/modules or /etc/modules.d.

The installer does not ship any module, everything is built in the kernel. With no /etc/modules and no /etc/modules-load.d, /etc/init.d/modutils.sh will no longer output warnings.

Environment

OpenXT installer image.

Validation Steps
